Competition winner rides the rapids

WATCH fitness fanatic Nick Richardson complete his Sunday Mercury and Pallasades Shopping Centre Superheroes competition challenge - white water rafting in Northamptonshire. The 28-year-old from Wolverhampton won the chance to go down the rapids at the Nene White Water Centre near Northampton - and all to raise money for the Society of Parents with Cancer and the Sunday Mercury's Give a Child Health fund
