Ozzy Osbourne: I slept with three groupies in one night

She pushed him into kick-starting his solo career and he returned to world success with the release of the platinum album Blizzard of Ozz.

They married in 1982 and had children Aimee, Kelly, and Jack in the following three years.

Life for the family changed forever when MTV filmed the hit series The Osbournes, leading to the Brummie being honoured on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Closer to home, Ozzy was also honoured earlier this year with a plaque on Broad Street’s Walk of Stars.

In his new book the bat-biting superstar reveals he has fulfilled every dream, except one.

“I suppose the one ambition I have left is to get a number one album in America,” he said. ‘‘But if that doesn’t happen, I can’t really complain. I’ve managed to do just about everything else.

“I mean, I’m so grateful that I’m me, that I’m here, that I can still enjoy the life that I have.

“If I don’t live a day longer, I’ll have had more than my fair share of fun.’’

He also revealed he has drawn up tongue-in-cheek plans for his funeral.

Ozzy said: ‘‘I want to be put in the ground in a nice garden somewhere, with a tree planted over my head.

“A crab apple tree, preferably, so the kids can make wine out of me and get p***** out of their brains.”
