Sexy Strictly Come Dancing star is dreading getting naked for new role

STRICTLY Come Dancing queen Camilla Dallerup is dreading the moment she has to get naked – and her husband starts taking photographs.

But don’t expect a steamy scandal played out in the tabloids.

Camilla and Hollyoaks hubby Kevin Sacre are starring together in comedy Calendar Girls, which opens in Birmingham at the end of this month.

And although the glamorous dancer signed up for a fully clothed role in the show, she’s already had to strip several times as an understudy.

Camilla, 37, plays Elaine, who has an affair with the husband of one of the calendar girls, while Kevin auditioned for the role of Lawrence, the photographer who takes the saucy pictures of the WI ladies as they pose naked for a fundraising calendar.

But whenever Sue Holderness is unavailable to play Celia, aka Miss December, Camilla steps in – and out of her clothes.

“The first time I did it was really nerve-wracking,” she admits.

“As I stood there covering my modesty by holding a pair of buns, I thought ‘What am I doing?’.

“I definitely didn’t want to drop a bun!

“But there’s something quite refreshing about celebrating women’s bodies as they really are, with all shapes and sizes.
