FORMER Birmingham City supremo David Gold last night told of his ‘devastation’ at being barred from St Andrews.
And a close friend told how the ex-Blues chairman did not travel to the ground yesterday as he was afraid of being KICKED OUT by stewards.
Gold, 73, had been due to travel to his former club yesterday to see his current team West Ham take on Alex McLeish’s team.
