The 18th century three-storey Georgian house comes complete with 13 bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a butler’s pantry and a nursery – perfect as Ayda is already rumoured to be feeling broody.
There’s even a baby grand piano in the living room, perfect for writing new songs.
A further 12 houses in the grounds would provide plenty of space to put up Gary, Mark, Howard and Jason and their families should they drop by if Robbie decided to come Back For Good.
There’s even fishing on the River Rea, and an outstanding shoot if Robbie fancies playing the role of the English country gent – something he has been portrayed as before.
Shakenhurst, which dates back to the Domesday book, is being sold for the first time in its 1,000-year history due to a double tragedy.
Amanda Severne died of cancer at the age of 54, just one year after inheriting the estate upon the death of her father.
Now her children have reluctantly decided to put it on the market.
Tony said: “It’s very rare for a property like this to come onto the market because they hardly ever change hands.
“It’s even more unusual for a property of this acreage to be for sale.
“Shakenhurst has belonged to the family for more than 1,000 years. We can trace it back to at least 1300.
“It’s always been passed down the bloodline or through inheritance. Sadly it’s being sold due to a double death within the family.
“We don’t want to go into too much detail as to this as it is very sad but that’s the reason it is now on the market.”
Robbie was not available for comment at the time of going to press.
