Man injured in collision with police car in Bordesley Green East

A MAN has been injured after his vehicle collided with a police car which had its blue lights flashing.

The Citroen Zante estate spun around and smashed into the central reservation after the collision with the panda vehicle which was travelling in the bus lane on Bordesley Green East.

The incident which happened at 2pm yesterday at the junction with Eastcote Road.

It is not known whether the police car was responding to an emergency call.
