THE millionaire owner of a car that killed two Midland businessmen in a 100 mph hit-and-run road smash in Florida was released from prison on Friday, just three months after he was handed a two-year sentence.
Ryan LeVin, 34, was sent to prison in May after pleading guilty to violating his parole for a separate car chase in Chicago in 2006.
The court heard LeVin ran over a Chicago cop and injured two other people after racing away from a police road block in his Porsche GT.
He was jailed for failing to complete a drug abuse course and for admitting driving while banned.
Meanwhile, nobody has been charged with the double killing of Midland businessmen.
The fatal smash happened in February and involved another Porsche car that Levin owned.
LeVin denies that he was driving his white Porsche 911 Turbo that careered out of control at 100 mph, mounting a pavement and killing Kenneth Watkinson and Craig Elford on February 13.
