Ex-boxer threatens court after being sold wrong boa constrictor

AN ex-boxer is threatening to take a snake breeder to court – because he claims he was sold the wrong boa constrictor.

Barry Tittle, aged 45, from Bucknall, Staffordshire, paid £1,800 for the rare snake from internet breeder Alan Singleton.

But he says the reptile he took home didn’t match the picture on Mr Singleton’s Icon Boas, website.

Mr Singleton admits he accidentally put the wrong picture on the certificate.

Trading Standards are looking at the case.
