Dudley man held over death crash

A 31-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a crash in Dudley.

He is also accused of driving while under the influence of drink or drugs after a crash which killed a 44-year- old, in Dibdale Road, Milking Bank.

Police said a Mitsubishi Shogun crashed into a parked van, which then hit three men who were walking past.
