Olympics success is overrated

AM I alone in thinking these Olympic winners are highly overrated?

I believe, if given the backing of money, full-time coaching and the luxury of not working, I could have been a gold medal contender.

It’s now all down to money and sponsorship.

Strange how Paula Radcliffe only performs when the big money is put up as an incentive.

Give me true amateurs who did it for nothing other than the love of competing.
