Water shambles

RECENTLY Severn Trent Water was fned for telling fbs to increase our water charges.

Now are we allowed, I wonder, to charge them for drainage?

As the water comes off our roofs, technically it belongs to us, yet Severn Trent charges us £45 for the privilege.

As water is in abundance, not like oil, why has the price not dropped?
