WHEN our estimation of politicians is at an all time low, how refreshing to see black and white, young and old, coming together to celebrate a man's birthday.

A man jailed for 27 years and ends up president of his country and oozing wisdom.

And who have we got? Blair, Brown, Straw.

If you could measure wisdom in feet and inches, they wouldn't come up to Nelson Mandela's boot straps.
