A MAN who headed a busking band hanged himself, an inquest has recorded.

Michael Billington, aged 49, of Bishop Street, Stourport, founded the Billington Family Buskers, together with his wife and their three children.

He was found dead at Burlish Top Nature Reserve on February 24, a Stourport inquest was told.

The buskers performed in town centres all over Worcestershire and helped raise money for the Children In Need appeal.
