A CRANE driver who claimed he was beaten and harassed is taking his employers to a tribunal.

Birmingham Tribunal heard how Michael Lane, of Bewdley, Worcester, suffered head and right leg injuries in an attack.

An employee at Rowan Steels Ltd, of Kidderminster, was sacked following an investigation. Mr Lane is now seeking compensation against his former employers.

The tribunal was adjourned.
