West Midlands Police name shooting victim

A 23-year-old man who was shot dead at a house in Oldbury has been named by West Midlands Police.

Scott Buchanan was pronounced dead at the scene in Callaghan Drive, Tividale, on November 12. A post-mortem test revealed he was shot in the chest.

In a statement, his family said: "We want everyone to know that the family is devastated by the loss of Scott."
