We have tried to steer clear of all the last day transfer gossip mongering - well at least until about 5pm when it's sure to go nuts, there is however one little snippet we picked up on that's worth a mention.

On the BBC website someone has text in saying the following:"My uncle works at a well known restaurant in Birmingham and has just served Wolves striker Sylvain Ebanks-Blake with Martin O'Neill and a guy I don't recognise. He ordered scampi."
