West Brom's Jerome Thomas has turned to a hard-core training regime to help put his serious injury worries behind him.
The winger was recently ruled out of three Baggies fixtures due to a hamstring strain.
However, compared to the injury issues Thomas has had in his past, that brief spell on the sidelines came as no great concern to the Londoner. Two broken vertebrae, a freak occurrence according to Thomas, virtually wiped out his time at Portsmouth.
But now the problem is no more, thanks to a specialist training programme.
