played well in December but then picked up a knee injury. I am getting better and better now.
“The injury has almost cleared up. I am not 100 per cent fit but I can play.
“I think I have played too many games and that is why I had the injury in my knee. I played a lot of games in December and I think that was what caused the injury. I played four or five games in one or two weeks and that was too much.
“I enjoyed scoring the goal the other night. It was my first one and I hope I can score many more.”
Zuiverloon does manage to switch off from the game by spending time in his kitchen practising his culinary skills.
“I enjoy cooking and it is nice to know that someone likes your food,” he said. “I only really do the normal stuff like rice and chicken, stuff like that.
“I watch cooking shows sometimes and I enjoy them. It is nice to see how they put the food together. You can almost smell it.
“But I don’t copy their recipes because I have my own that were taught to me by my mother and grandmother.”
And Zuiverloon believes Albion still have the right ingredients to secure their Premiership survival.
“It is not as if we think the season is over, we have a really good chance to stay in this division,” he added.
“We have the same chance as the other teams who are very close to us. It is going to be interesting.”
