He admits he is still not 100 per cent fit, despite scoring his first goal for the club during the 3-1 defeat to Burnley last Tuesday night, but doesn’t think his non-stop schedule is the problem, just the recent English fixture pile-up.
“The first seven or eight games were good but after that I played a few that were not so good, and I have had a few niggles and injuries,” he said, assessing his own performances.
