Hereford sign striker

Hereford have signed Burton striker Lee Morris after a positive trial with the club.

His deal is for one year at first.

Morris, who played in the weekend's 0-0 draw with a Wolves XI at Edgar Street, had scored in his first three pre-season games for the Bulls.

The 29-year-old began his career at Sheffield United before moving to Derby in a deal worth around £3m in 1999.

He helped Burton to promotion to League Two last season but his deal ran out and contract negotiations stalled.

He has also played for Huddersfield, Leicester and Yeovil.
