JOHN Carew admits that the run to the Carling Cup final has created an even greater sense of togetherness in Martin O’Neill’s camp.

With the feel-good factor already generated by Villa’s assault on the Premier League’s top four, today’s Wembley date has sent claret and blue spirits soaring sky-high.

And on top of that, Villa booking their place in the FA Cup quarter-final has put them just one result away from another trip to the national stadium.
