Coronation Street spoilers from August 29

TYRONE races to Fiz’s rescue this week when she gets further mixed up with drug dealers – and is rewarded by a nasty beating with a baseball bat.

Ty goes to visit Fiz and learns how Ruth and her boyfriend Leon have been threatening her. He tries to help by following Leon, along with Tommy and Kirk. They see Leon dealing drugs and take a photo to blackmail him, but instead they get beaten up. There are three of them, though, and they manage to knock out Leon, kidnap him and lock him in the fridge at the old butcher’s shop. But with both an estate agent and nosy Norris sniffing around, this is not going to end well.

Gail has finally had enough of Kylie – her attempting to blackmail Audrey over Marcia was the last straw – and throws her out. It’s not good timing, as the social worker is calling to discuss Max’s future.
