HORIGINALLY a section on Jo Whiley’s show and now in Fearne Cotton’s slot, the Live Lounge has welcomed many stars into its informal fold to perform both their own hits and covers. With 40 tracks, this compilation offers up some of the most popular sessions, including Kylie, Adele, Foo Fighters, Leona Lewis and Plan B. Highlights, however, include Florence & The Machine’s cover of Beyoncé’s Halo and Pendulum’s take on Coldplay classic Violet Hill. JD
