“I don’t think that’s true,” says Kevin. “I’ve heard nothing. As far as I know, Johnny hasn’t signed up for anything, and he’s booked years in advance.

“It would be nice, though. When I finished At World’s End I was Caribbeaned out. I don’t get much sympathy from friends for this, but I think you can have too much of the Caribbean!

“I think I’m just about ready to go back now.”
