Freddie Starr: 'I knew something bad was going to happen to Tommy Cooper, and I knew Heather Mills was bad for Paul McCartney'

IN an exclusive interview with the Sunday Mercury Freddie Starr talks about his premonitions and his ability to see dead people. On the subject of his premonitions he told us;

‘‘When I saw on the news that Paul McCartney had become engaged to Heather Mills I immediately shouted ‘NO!’ at the TV screen.

“I knew she was bad and that was because of my ability. I wanted to tell Paul not to do it because I could sense then that she had done these things that he wouldn’t like.

“I could also tell she was someone who used people.”

Freddie recalled another premonition – about a fellow comic.

“When Tommy Cooper was performing live on TV I thought that something bad was going to happen.’’ he said.

‘‘Then he died on screen and I knew that was it.”
